Join a leading HR group consulting with management and employees on HR practices and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 8 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.

The**Data Quality and Governance Consultant will be responsible for helping establish standards, guidelines, and processes used to maintain data standards to protect critical information assets. Working with the HR Senior Director for Privacy and HR Director for Technology Security , this role will proactively help determine the direction, focus, and effort associated with data related activities across the HR organization in support of the HR vision & strategy.
Partnering and collaborating extremely closely with the HR Senior Director for Privacy and HR Director for Technology Security , this role will help establish and maintain cross-functional collaboration with other HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and HR functions / groups (E.g. WI), as well as groups outside of HR (E.g. Legal, Global Information Security - GIS, Etc.) to ensure data is properly managed across the entire eco-system (I.e. Risk, Compliance, Information Security / Access and Privacy, Data Integrity, Etc.). Recognized as an expert in data governance, this role will proactively help drive the strategy, planning and execution of solutions to govern data policy and standards, data quality, master data management standards and practices, and data stewardship across the HR organization.
In addition, this role will need to stay abreast / proactively monitor and research industry trends in order to provide the highest level of consultative services with regards to Data Governance & Management. The ideal candidate should be a proven leader who is up for the challenge in playing the vital, hands-on role of Data Governance & Management (both strategically and tactically), while at the same time being a proponent of utilizing the appropriate tools and technology to help implement industry best practices.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
In support of the overall HR vision & strategy, collaborate with the HR Senior Director for Privacy and the HR Director for Technology Security to define and implement data governance policies, standards, and processes.
As a proactive member of the HR Data Governance Board, drive creation of Data Governance Programs & Initiatives required to execute against WA priorities that enable HR COEs and HR Functions / Groups to leverage data as a strategic asset for our leaders and the business
Help formulate and manage Master Data Strategies and Roadmaps, while ensuring initiatives are aligned with HR priorities and goals. In conjunction, ensure milestones are mapped out for deliverables and are communicated accordingly throughout the project / program
While working closely with the HR Senior Director for Privacy and HR Director for Technology Security , drive creation of Data Governance Programs & Initiatives required. Together, provide centralized communication for master data-related matters
Help identify and prioritize relevant information management best practices for business processes and methods, data quality operationalization methods; masters data management
As a team, define and develop process and metrics for measuring and monitoring data quality and policy adherence. In addition, develop and manage approach for measuring adoption of principles, polices, processes and practices associated with master data related strategies and roadmaps
Help define policies and procedures for data access, consumption and sharing across the HR organization with the HR Senior Director for Privacy and HR Director for Technology Security
