Who we are...Bridge Property Management (BPM) is an integrated property management affiliate of BIG, providing on site property management to our owned and managed multifamily assets. Our 800+ BPM professionals manage all aspects of our assets from construction and renovation to leasing and operations. We pay attention to community social services and programs such as organized after-school homework sessions, selected adult education programs, social events and sponsored sports leagues as well as to the environmental impact of our communities.
The Revenue Management Analyst will work with the Revenue Manager to set pricing strategies for apartment communities.
Revenue Management Analysts have two equally important jobs to do to achieve their goal of maximizing revenue:
Develop the most effective rates and strategies to increase revenue.
Motivate Regional Managers and Property Managers to implement those rate strategy recommendations.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent field
A proven track record of increasing revenue streams or strengthening the performance of a property or several properties.
Be proactive in achieving revenue goals.
Experience with revenue management reports and market performance reports.
Strong work ethic, high energy level and good relationship skills.
Innovative thinking to develop and implement strategies to increase profitability.
Solid communications skills with the ability to listen.
Training experience, good teaching skills are critical to the successful implementation.
Effective sales ability.
Relevant experience in Revenue Management. Property Management experience is a plus.
