About This Opportunity
The FLOS Product Support Analyst I is responsible for supporting day-to-day business operations by providing second-level technical support. The incumbent will function in a highly collaborative team environment.An ideal candidate would need to be fluent in written and spoken in (English/French or English/Spanish).
Provide second-level technical support to consumers, external business partners, and internal business partners.
System and software administration, development, documentation, testing, installation and training of internal and external business partners.
Make recommendations and improves system by studying the products and analyzing support trends.
Prepares technical reports by analyzing and summarizing the information and trends.
Bilingual Spanish or French
Performs work with general supervision.
Handles basic second-level technical issues and problems.
Possesses good knowledge of subject matter.
Requires 2 years experience in a technical support position.
KSA (Knowledge; Skills; Abilities):
Oral and written communication skills.
Ability to build collaborative relationships.
Analytical thinking skills.
Fluent written/spoken Spanish and/or French preferred
Able to work shift – Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
