Oracle Vice President, Global Lead Management in Salt Lake City, Utah

Accountable for digital marketing of products or services in support of Oracle's demand generation strategy using tools to optimize marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience with new technology platforms and innovations.

Develop and drive an integrated demand generation plan. Establish the regional inbound demand generation business plan and goals that will deliver results to sales pipeline and revenue generation. Drive the internal change management of outbound to inbound marketing as a customer philosophy regionally and globally. Continually innovate with new optimization models to increase customer awareness, engagement and predictive purchase intent. Lead the development of key partnerships with sales, product and field marketing to align resources and budget to vertical/line of business/region growth opportunities, supporting sales growth regionally and globally. Drive negotiations for new performance vendor models. Manages relationships with internal partners and external agencies.

Assists in the creation of division strategy and consults with senior management in providing direction to ensure growth and financial success. Ensures a consistent approach of organizational policies and procedures. In-depth knowledge of the computer industry, database and development technology and markets. Extensive marketing analysis experience.

We are looking for someone to own our global lead management and strategy efforts. This marketing leadership position will own a number of important functions including: 1) global lead management performance and measurement including dashboarding and executive review cadence, 2) lead routing and management to ensure leads arrive quickly and accurately to the right business development reps, 3) working with OAL teams on machine learning routing models and other advanced analytics projects, 4) reaching agreement across many key stakeholders on our global lead management strategy and approach including our anticipate ROI for marketing.

The mission of the team will be to partner closely with executive business development leaders to ensure that that we agree and reach agreed upon metrics.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Develop a globally agreed upon business plan and approach for marketing-qualified lead development activities including agreed upon ROI from lead development activities.

  • Work with key analytics teams including the Oracle Lab and other teams on analytics projects including our machine learning model for routing leads and other projects

  • Mentor and manage the team to ensure high morale, developing the skill set of the team.

  • Collaborate exceptionally across Oracle teams including with Oracle business development leadership, Oracle sales leadership, Oracle Pillar and product marketing teams, corporate marketing and other functions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 15 years of marketing experience at top tier tech companies.

  • Deep expertise in marketing across many different functional areas including field marketing, digital marketing, events, account based marketing, partner marketing and business development.

  • Strong analytics capabilities including experience in machine learning and other analytics skills

  • Strong focus on showcasing ROI and developing business cases for investments

  • Very strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills; must be able to prepare presentations and be comfortable speaking to groups; must be comfortable dealing with sales/executive management; must be able to massage content to suite specific and targeting programs, customers, and industries
