Landmark Health Sr. Manager Operations in Salt Lake City, Utah
Overview
Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, the Sr. Operations Manager provides analytical and operational support to enable world-class operations across Landmark. The Sr. Operations Manager will be a critical member of the central Operations team, helping translate strategic vision into operational reality and build the operational infrastructure to support Landmark’s growth and efficiency over time. The Sr. Operations Manager will work closely with IT, Clinical Leadership and the Innovations team to provider operational input on strategy and ensure excellent execution of prioritized operational initiatives. Activities include analysis and modeling, implementation planning and execution, and project leadership.
Responsibilities
Serve as the day-to-day project manager on key operational projects, managing timelines and coordinating across cross-functional teams to drive outcomes
Own and drive reporting on operational performance metrics including data gathering and research, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and synthesis and presentation of results.
Translate performance metrics into actionable operational recommendations for improvement – partnering and working collaboratively with others across Landmark
In partnership with Landmark IT, serve as a business owner to translate operational needs into IT development requests and reporting specifications -specifically, support better management reporting and information flow and management
Serve as a liaison between the national operations team and the regional markets, helping facilitate bi-directional communication of priorities, progress and gaps
Support existing markets in implementation of high priority initiatives and strategic changes to the clinical and operational model
Contribute to market strategy by developing a comprehensive understanding of daily operations to identify operational roadblocks and process gaps and advocate for changes as necessary
Assist with other strategic projects as necessary
Qualifications
BA/BS degree and MBA highly preferred
5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced business environment with analytical rigor (preferably finance, consulting or an operational role within a healthcare context)
Experience in healthcare preferred but not required for the right candidate
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent
Modeling and presentation skills
