ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary:.and.nbsp;The Associate Consultant, Surgical Asset Management will be responsible for supporting the work to identify, qualify and close sales opportunities within assigned territory for Aesculap's offering of Surgical Asset Management (SAM) consulting services. The Associate Consultant, Surgical Asset Management will learn the skills necessary to secure relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities, analyze data to quantify client improvement opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, and manage the sales process from start to finish. They will provide support during a client engagement to ensure the client's objectives are met and expectations exceeded..and.nbsp;Principal Duties Responsibilities:Supports a Sr. SAM Consultant to develop a sales strategy to identify and pursue sales opportunities for SAM consulting services within territorySupports the implementation of a successful selling strategy by consistently and systematically initiating sales calls and contacts, supporting the designing and delivering presentations, developing proposals and action plansLearns to identify and directly engage client buying centerPrepares and delivers succinct, clear, insightful and influential presentations and communicationsProjects presence and professionalism sufficient to interact with Sr. client leaders and executivesSolicits information from clients to effectively qualify and scope opportunitiesMaintains current knowledge of industry and market trends as well as technical knowledge and understanding of surgical instrumentation and devices, hospital sterile processing practices and acute care perioperative servicesMaintains professional skills, knowledge and abilities by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and participating in professional societiesUnderstands and uncovers clients' needCommunicates client requirements and supports the transitioning the sale of consulting services to the consulting operations teamSupports the Sr. Consultant, SAM as a resource throughout any SAM consulting engagement to ensure a successful project delivery and the establishment of any ongoing consulting solutions, product and-or repair services.Supports the establishment of Aesculap as a valuable resource to the client, uncovers and pursues cross selling opportunities in collaboration with respective Aesculap sales teamAssisting in the generation of detailed project plans and initiativesWorks within SalesForce to maintain an accurate sales forecast, contacts and activitiesPrepares, reviews, and assists with special projects as deemed necessaryMust comply with applicable ISO and FDA regulations as stated in Quality ManualMust embody the Company's Vision, Mission and ValuesOther duties may be assignedSecondary or peripheral job functions:Must be able to travel up to 50% annually domestically by air and car, and work occasional weekends.
