As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.

*The Role *
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our global Human Capital Management (HCM) Product Marketing team. As a key member of this team, the Marketing Promotional Copywriterwill author promotional materials for HCM’s global campaigns. This will cover allmarketing touchpoints throughmedia channels; paid, earned,and owned, and include (but not limited to) advertising, web,and email.
The ideal candidate will use persuasivenarrativestoinspire andengage target audiences, with the primary goal of generating demand and conversions.You are someone who has mastered the ability to write memorable short form content that influences website visitors and understand SEO and the integration of keywords. You love to see the impact of your writing and know how to use data-driven insights to drive better performance. You understand our target audience, the HR decisionmaker persona, and can adapt the writing style to align to Oracle’s brand voice and HCM’s messaging.
Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
Understand media plans, digital journeys, and requirements for promos to develop compelling content that delivers engagement and conversion
Write promotional content supporting global campaigns and demand gen programs—for prospects, customers, and partners—that include email, landing page, website, and digital ad copy
Ability to write catchy, inspiring, and impactful short form content that drives action
Collaborate with product and solutions marketing to construct promotional copy that reflects messaging strategy and differentiates HCM solutions from competitive options
Work with the web team to ensure optimization of SEO for website copy
Ensure all content aligns with individual personas, problem statements, and journey stages
Demonstrate flexibility in being able to handle multiple projects, changing priorities, and occasionally challenging deadlines while still maintaining the highest standard of quality and attention to detail
Preferred skills and experience
5 years demonstrated experience in writing, editing, and advising stakeholders/clients
Proven track record of creating and positioning promo content to support marketing programs that convert leads
Self-motivated with strong time management skills and a commitment to quality
Previously worked with, closely adhered to, and enforced corporate editorial guidelines
Worked in the high-tech sector and familiar with B2B tech audiences, nomenclature, concerns, trends in the industry
Has performed well in a demanding, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment
Team player with great communication and interpersonal skills
Degree and professional experience in communications, marketing, tech journalism, or tech writing
