Job Description

Title: Managing Client Partner - Internal Candidates Only

Reports to: Managing Director (Christine Trost or Tod Taylor)

Eligibility: You must be an existing Client Partner on Christine Trost or Tod Taylor’s team to apply

Job Summary:

The primary focus of the Managing Client Partner is two-fold: 1. Be the Team Leader for 5-7 Client Partners driving accountability, mentoring and ensure new business growth within enterprise accounts. 2. Maintaining an existing book of business and revenue goal.

Essential Job Functions

  • Co-create culture for workplace of choice for achievers with heart

  • Complete deal reviews with CPs and present any exceptions to standard pricing and levers to VP of Sales for approval

  • Ensure CPs achieve 5-year ramp (200k, 500k, 800k, 1.1k, 1.3k)

  • Ensure CPs retain 90% of prior year’s accounts and 100% of revenue from prior year’s accounts

  • Weekly Plan and Review sessions with CPs to review key performance measures including:

  • Weekly pipeline goal (5x)

  • Weekly meeting time targets (10 hours)

  • of new opportunities in the pipeline (weekly)

  • Event lead generation ownership and process adherence

  • Coach using HCS tools and in alignment with Sales Academy

  • Submit summary forecast including strategic measures (new logo, revenue renewal), and results forecast to VP of Sales

  • Assist VP of Sales in implementing company and team strategy

  • Partners with VP of Sales on personal goal and team, focusing on clear the path and team development

  • Manage a personal book of business with excellence

Job Requirements

Requirements

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated successful sales leadership within an individual contributor sales role. Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills required and experience with Saleforce.com preferred. Must be a motivated leader with strong work ethic, leadership and people development competencies with ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment. Prefer candidates who have demonstrated alignment with FranklinCovey values, are out of ramp (>1.3M), and have achieved consistent individual goal attainment.
