The Challenge:

Critical decisions are made every single day in the military. What if you could use your analytical skills to help them make informed decisions? With all the information available today, it takes a skilled analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. As a lead intelligence advisor, you use your specialized military intelligence, technical, language experience and your attention to detail to develop and advise on military programs, multi-intelligence, language, and cyber training, and military exercises and operations to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem solving mindset, we have an opportunity yo use those skills to lead efforts to support our warfighters.

As a lead intelligence advisor on our team, you’ll manage a team of analysts as they help your client understand current mission and training solutions. Using your comprehensive understanding of collection platforms, you’ll advise your client on new data sources and tradecraft as your team builds assessments for military organizations, warfighters, and senior policy makers. As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to broaden your skillset into areas like cyber, open source intelligence, and information technology systems. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. As a technical leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to help your customers meet their toughest analytic challenges. You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in a military intelligence field, including CI, HUMINT, SIGINT, or all source intelligence

  • 8+ years of experience with commanding, directing, or controlling an intelligence unit, section, or team

  • 5+ years of experience with developing and implementing short and long range plans, priorities to meet mission requirements

  • Experience with planning, leading, and completing complex projects

  • Experience with managing, prioritizing, and tasking intelligence collection and reporting

  • Knowledge of intelligence priority topics and supporting intelligence information needs

  • Top Secret clearance

  • BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with recognizing and analyzing information which is likely to affect military operations, national policies, and objectives

  • Knowledge of command language training programs, SCIF operations, or intelligence oversight programs

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • MA or MS degree

  • Graduate of the Defense Language Institute or other language-producing school

Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
