Reputation is looking for a detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join our Field Operations team. The Compensation Analyst will assist in global compensation, sales plan, customer data and forecasting responsibilities. You will collaborate and partner with Field Operations, Finance, and People Experience to provide insights and resolve issues. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, a team player that constantly strives to scale and improve on processes, has an eye for details with accuracy, and excellent communication skills. An out of the box thinker, you will be rolling-up your sleeves and willing to take on any challenges.
This position reports directly to the Sales Compensation and Planning Manager.
Collaborate with the Sales Compensation and Planning Manager by supporting the global monthly sales compensation bonus payout processes, including manual compensation adjustments, calculations and approval process.
Validate closed/won deals in Salesforce on a monthly basis and sync data into CaptivateIQ (automated compensation software tool).
Maintain monthly attainment and costing analysis using CaptivateIQ. .
Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with the Sales Compensation and Planning Managers and Customer Success teams to field questions/maintain data metrics related to Customer Success Quarterly Performance Bonuses.
Create internal process documentation and recommend enhancements to existing process and procedures.
Additional duties as assigned.
3-5+ years of experience in Business.
Minimum of 2+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Compensation or other roles with sales compensation as a core competency.
Previous experience in a data-driven environment required.
Familiarity with incentive plan structures; bookings/annual recurring revenue, upsell, churn, quotas, accelerators, and industry standard OTE is a plus.
Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
Strong Excel modeling skills required, including ability to understand and trace complex formulas, and comfort with functions such as SUMIFS, INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP and with pivot tables.
Proven project management/analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion.
Direct experience with CaptivateIQ (or another commissions software tool) and Salesforce.
Excellent communication and problem solving and judgment skills.
Ability to perform regular and ad-hoc analytical requests and summarize results in a concise and effective manner.
Comfortable with both working independently and collaboratively as needed.
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields preferred.
