Job Summary

Basic Functions: Will provide leadership in all aspects of the store, including physical, financial, and peopleresources in the deployment of the business plan. Responsible for providing a work environment that willoptimize the profitable growth of the business as well as the personal growth of employees and thesatisfaction of customers.Accountabilities:1. Strategic Business Planning Lead the development and deployment of a comprehensive strategic business plan in alignment with company’s financial and operational objectives; including but not limited to annual branch benchmarks and budget Lead the process of communicating the company’s core values, vision and mission Accountable to ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed within the branch Review monthly financials and address areas of concern with team members and/or corporate management Review monthly receivables and establish a collection process with monitoring2. Management Demonstrate leadership in all aspects of the branch Coach and mentor store employees Ensure customer satisfaction by working with the departments to know customer’s current and future expectations and work to resolve customer concerns Ensure that appropriate communication takes place throughout the branch and company byfacilitating team member meetings Responsible for the branch personnel recruiting and disciplinary procedures Responsible for ensuring that sound and safe business practices are being followed throughcompany policies and procedures Oversee the day to day operations of the branch3. Product Knowledge Must be familiarized with Vermeer and other OEM product line Assist all departments with sales through product line knowledge and current promotions Participate in required factory and company trainings Desired minimum experience, education and skill required: College degree preferred Previous supervisor experience required Budget/fiscal knowledge Operational experience in sales, parts and serviceThe duties listed above are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed.
