The Role:

Within Vivint Talent Acquisition (VTA), this role, Manager, Revenue & Recruiting Operations, will lead our Revenue recruiting team to transform our operations by introducing efficiencies, best practices, and innovating thinking. They will support high performance, culture, and flawless execution on Talent Acquisition operational projects at a companywide level. This role will compile and analyze recruiting data and create reports to enable our team to track performance and make informed decisions.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, vendors, and other HR groups. You will play a key role in facilitating a smooth and positive recruiting and onboarding experience.

We are looking for someone exceptional at solving problems, hitting targets, and understanding data. Also, who will be seen as an expert in our organization, prioritize their time, have a sense of urgency, and understand the value of being a collaborative team player. Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, drive & executive staffing strategies that support the Revenue organization 

  • Lead, mentor, & develop the Talent Acquisition team to achieve team goals 

  • Build relationships and serve as a talent expert to business stakeholders. 

  • Share best practices with and help manage expectations for VTA teams.

  • Be seen as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the area you support. 

  • Identify systems & process improvements continuously. 

Required Skills: 

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Human Resources, including incidents in a fast-growing environment 

  • Experienced manager with a track record of developing others 

  • Excellence communication skills (Verbal, Written, & Presentation) 

  • Demonstration of Time management, decision making, organization, & problem-solving skills 

  • Excellent knowledge of recruiting techniques and employment policies and procedures, including all applicable EEO and ADA regulations

  • Understanding and experience with HRIS software with preferred knowledge of Workday

  • Ability to pull together data and visualize insights and trends

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Tableau & Canva 

  • Ability to work well in a team and as an individual contributor
