As an eCommerce Program Manager you will be responsible for delivering profitable revenue growth through Vivint’s online store targeted at existing customers. You will be viewed as the business owner tasked with both the strategic direction and execution of all merchandising and promotional levers to deliver on financial targets. You will partner effectively with multiple groups including marketing, communications, technology, supply chain and others to ensure seamless execution of the eCommerce strategy. You will also partner with the broader revenue team to support key cross functional growth initiatives.
What you will be working on:
Utilize all merchandising levers to drive revenue growth in the eCommerce channel, including promotions, pricing, availability, and shopping experience
Continuously monitor key performance indicators for the eCommerce store and maximize opportunity created by improving metrics or take corrective action to prevent declining metrics
Partner with Vivint Technology team to continually enhance the experience and performance of the eCommerce store
Partner with data and analytics teams to better understand customer behavior and translate that into improved updated eCommerce strategy
Communicate effectively with all key stakeholders including communications, marketing, customer experience, operations, and supply chain to ensure awareness and alignment for all merchandising and promotional campaigns
Identify and implement needed process improvements across Vivint required to support eCommerce growth
Act as a strategic thought partner and program manager for other revenue initiatives through channels outside of eCommerce as needed and bandwidth permitting

Bachelor’s degree required
3-5 years of experience in a merchandising, buying, and/or eCommerce role
2+ years of project management experience
Strong data and analytics experience
Self-starter, coachable, detail oriented, organized, driven
Experience in working with and building relationships with leaders in an organization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and own projects from start to finish.
