401(k) Plan & Matching
Oversee the processing of Customer Excellence (CX) Commission. Auditing data, improving procedures, working with other departments on commission’s related issues. Lead in brainstorming, development, and execution of key processes and initiatives. Point of contact for the CX departments on commissions questions.
What you will be working on:
Calculate CX commissions.
Work with reps, techs, and business partners to resolve commissions questions
Implement new commissions initiatives
Audit Data, software, and calculations to ensure accuracy
Run monthly meetings with department leaders to review current processes & areas to improve.
Who you will work with and what we are looking for:
Project management experience a plus
Expert in Excel
SQL, VBA a plus but not required
Self-starter, coachable, detail oriented, organized, driven
Experience in working with and building relationships with leaders in an organization.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, meet deadlines, and own projects from start to finish.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance or any related field.
2-4 years of experience in analytics role.
