Position Overview
This role will join an existing technology team to enhance and drive the technology success across many of the POWDR business units. We are an organization focused on innovation and change. Job Description
The Sr. Manager of Technology Operations is a key leadership role in a growing POWDR technology team. This role will oversee day-to-day IT operations at several POWDR business units. Besides providing leadership and mentoring, the director will be responsible for designing and driving the deployment of new solutions across a wide range cloud, asset management, and workplace automation initiatives. The successful candidate will have experience leading technology teams, and modern view of IT management that includes a focus on centralization, cloud, and the ability to develop and execute complex roadmaps.

History of putting in place best practices for IT teams
Experience leading technology teams responsible for supporting customer facing facilities and public spaces.
Ability to manage contracts, statements of work, and onboarding and offboarding outside vendors
Experience with Office 365, Active Directory and physical infrastructure.
Ability to understand customer concerns and translate those concerns into actionable requirements
An understanding of business analysis techniques and requirements gathering
Experience managing Point of Sale installations including software configuration and associated servers / hardware
Ability to identify and execute technology initiatives that have direct customer and business impact
Ability to communicate and champion a roadmap effectively to customers, stakeholders, and executives
Experience in the outdoor industry preferred At least 3 years experience in an IT management or related role
