Oracle Director, Brand Programs & Measurement in Ogden, Utah

Development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market.

As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.

Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Provides leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Director Brand Programs & Measurement is responsible for building and executing a net new brand measurement strategy to evaluate and accelerate effectiveness of Oracle’s brand programs globally. This role reports to the Senior Director, Brand Strategy & Programs.

We’re seeking a passionate, proactive, and strategic thinker with a bias for action who will harness the power of data to drive decision making and effectively link brand programs including advertising, launches, and sports marketing to business impact.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Define a vision for brand measurement strategy and formalizepriority brand health metrics and cloud leadership brand attributes linked to business / brand goals.

  • Audit existing measurement capabilities and build out new ones to establish a baseline for Oracle’s current brand position and make the business case for target goals.

  • Develop a targeting strategy to identify priority audiences for building recognition and engagement – including segments, target metrics, and measurement methodologies

  • Partner with Oracle's data scientists and outside publishers to develop proprietary metrics and uncover actionable insights that fuel in-market brand programs

  • Serve as brand team go-to for brand research and tracking studies in partnership with NPS and customer experience teams (incl. survey design for brand and campaign tracking, and other primary research as needed)

  • Champion campaign evaluation, identifying key KPIs for campaign performance upfront and assessing campaign performance post-launch

  • Bring insights to life through compelling data visualizations and dashboards in a way that they can be easily absorbed and activated on by internal partners

  • Regularly share data insights and process learnings to keep others informed on brand performance and progress to brand / business goals

  • Standardize and scale brandmeasurement guidelines to be used cross-functionally across the organization

  • Work closely alongside sports marking to identify, accelerate, and measure the impact of partnership programs, campaigns and content programs to evaluate their effectiveness

  • Identify additional external partnership opportunities that align with desired brand attributes to showcase Oracle’s cloud capabilities in new and unexpected ways

  • Formalize and execute website / social measurement and impact strategy to drive high quality engagement by priority segments

  • Develop cross-functional content timeline to visualize and manage cadence of key brand programs and campaigns (incl. editorial timeline for website / social teams)

  • Has a proven track record in advanced international research design, execution, interpretation, and widespread socialization (incl. partnering with external agencies / partners as needed).

  • Demonstrates excellence in complex project management

  • Shows comfort in juggling multiple projects and the needs and expectations of multiple partners.

  • Familiarity with building brand around cloud products (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) as well as licensed products is a plus.

A Bachelors’ degree is preferred. An advanced degree is a plus.
