Keeping healthcare healthy can be as fun as it is rewarding.The Sr Compensation-HRIS Analyst will take a lead role representing Talent Management in the implementation of a new HRIS-HCM system. In addition, they will responsible for compensation and data analysis. And will have a comprehensive understanding of the architecture of our HR master data, and the processes that impact that data. The ideal candidate will be an individual who is technically inclined and results oriented. They will be someone who understands how to design and manage master HR data. In addition, this individual will have prior HRIS management and implementation experience. They are innovative, builds strong relationships and are able to understand processes and the downstream impact of those processes. They are someone who will function as a subject matter expert and mentor on the team and display a willingness to coach and develop other team members. They will demonstrate an ability to think outside the box, recommend innovative solutions to complex problems and make decisions that are in the best interest of our people. Responsibilities HCM-HRIS Responsibilities:Work as a consultant representing the interests of talent management in the implementation of a new HCM and support the design, execution and rollout of a new HCMBuild exceptional relationships with leaders, team members and key stakeholders and be seen as a trusted advisor and subject matter expertHave a strong understanding of HR data management and be able to understand how data connects to other systemsIdentify key pain points in current system and process and make recommendations to the product team on how a new system can solve these pain pointsCollaborate with product team to understand roadmap and your role to ensure timelines are metConstantly work as a problem solver. Think outside the box to find creative solutions to complex problems.Compensation Responsibilities:Support the compensation team in analysis and projectsSupport the business in sales compensation designActively work to ensure compensation practices are communicated, understood and supportedSupport the data management of targets, goals and plansEmbrace the idea of continuous improvement and make recommendations for how we can streamline processes, and further progress our compensation programsBe seen as the subject matter expert and mentor on a team.
