CHG Healthcare Business Change Project Manager in Midvale, Utah

CHG Healthcare is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our Digital Organization. Our Delivery Manager is a critical role in helping us effectively manage the implementation of our digital products, focusing on business readiness and organization change management activities. This position will ensure our customers are prepared for the impact of digital products and that our people can accept the changes with minimal disruption and maximized adoption/sustainment. The ideal candidate will proactively build and maintain relationships across the organization and build business acumen to become a valuable member of the team.

  • Utilize strong organizational savviness and project leadership skills to effectively lead the implementation of our digital products

  • Create and execute a comprehensive implementation/delivery plan for each digital initiative, including but not limited to, organization change management activities, engineering milestones, testing preparedness, plan for launch, and adoption and sustainment activities

  • Create and maintain initiative project charters in collaboration with our product managers, engineering leaders, business leaders, and divisional project teams to ensure alignment on objectives and outcomes

  • Proactively participate in discovery to understand people, process, and data impacts of each epic; ensure comprehensive delivery plan is executed to limit surprises late in the delivery process

  • Take aligned future business process design through to standard work definition to ensure process & data quality and consistency across many divisions

  • Identify, track, and report any risks, dependencies, and issues that impact delivery, ensuring viable plans are in place to mitigate or resolve

  • Report business readiness, project health, status, risks, and issues regularly

  • Collaborate with product initiative teams, division project teams, and the communications team on an effective communication plan and execute appropriately

  • Work closely with business divisions and other delivery managers to coordinate upcoming product and project releases across the enterprise

  • Partner with delivery analysts to validate UAT readiness across business divisions

  • Ensure stakeholder conflicts that impede delivery are identified and resolved

  • Assess, create, and execute plans to ensure business process readiness

  • Validate there are post-deployment support plans for new product rollouts

  • Verify reporting metrics are in place to monitor adoption of standard work and new processes

  • Assess, create, and execute plans to ensure continued sustainment monitoring and possible data governance

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Ability to envision the big picture while focusing on the details

  • Capable of setting and meeting realistic deadlines and motivating team to achieve goals

  • Experience in successful project implementations and delivery for large, cross-functional projects

  • Strong leadership skills including team building, conflict resolution, collaboration, and leading through change

  • Advanced skills in Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio

  • Strong negotiation skills and can solve problems with minimal escalation

  • Highly collaborative with all peers, product teams, internal customers, stakeholders, and other leaders

  • Intuitively proactive and curious

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Education & Years of Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or relative equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of work experience in implementation management, project management, software delivery management, product management, or similar experience

  • Experience working with waterfall and agile methodologies


  • PMP or another project management certification

  • JIRA/Atlassian experience
