Malouf Photography Manager in Logan, Utah
Malouf is seeking a Photography Manager to lead logistical operations and personnel management for our in-house studio team of photographers, stylists, set builders and production assistants.

Responsibilities and Duties
Day to day management and direction of studio operations and personnel
Photograph projects as needed
Manage and sustain global production calendars and project timelines according to business needs and priorities
Ability to deploy resources effectively while communicating costs and opportunities- understand when to collaborate, deviate from the plan, or propose alternate solutions
Work to achieve high productivity and quality photography by continuing to streamline workflow while supporting both personnel and projects
Encourage innovative and creative thinking in team members, balancing with efficient and effective delivery of projects to hit all deadlines
Oversee equipment. Ensure working order, maintenance, and loss prevention. Schedule repairs when needed
Supervise file management and server organization of studio imagery
Troubleshoot problems and apply continuous improvement measures to ensure end-to-end operational effectiveness
Successfully engage team while identifying needs for individual and group development
Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards with styling, photography and re-touching
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Photography or related field
A minimum of 3 years? experience working in a studio photography environment
Proven demonstration of bringing organizational workflow to life and driving constant improvement
Proven ability to manage complex interpersonal issues as a leader is a MUST
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Capture One
Well organized, responsible, and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined solutions efficiently
Advanced knowledge of studio lighting
Experience driving results and managing teams with cross-functional partners. Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work with a diverse group of people
Ability to communicate objectives, status, roadblocks, and results
Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast- paced and deadline-oriented environment
