Saudi Fleet Modernization Program (FMP) Senior Acquisition Analysts/Enterprise Scheduler

Performs strategic function to construct, update, analyze, and report on detailed Microsoft (MS) Project schedules for high value programs. Integrates schedules and diverse strategy information, synthesizes data from multiple sources to create an Enterprise Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that represents activities of contracts spanning multiple organizations and numerous contracts across USAF and USN. Conducts high-level strategic analysis of schedule predictions to inform Program leadership.

Education: Degree in Systems or Program Management


  • Senior Program Manager/Program Director experience; expert in DoD acquisition program management.

  • Minimum five years’ experience working technical, engineering and program management aspects of advanced fighter platform(s) and mission equipment and subsystems.

  • Expertise in developing and manipulating large, complex schedules using MS Project – schedules exceeding 10,000 lines, Expert knowledge of MS Project, capabilities, features, application and representation of advanced Project Management concepts within MS Project to allow for comprehensive strategy and schedule analysis.

  • Expertise in schedule risk analyses, to include use of Barbecana Full Monte TM Risk Analysis Tool.

  • Ability to translate IMS data into Integrated Program Plan (IPP) Power Point for briefing the senior management.

  • Ability to understand, use, and interpret Deltek Open Plan Professional (OPP) output, including input formats, scheduling logic, Project Float and Critical Path Analyses and Summaries.

  • Expert knowledge/use of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Planning & Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG), Published Release v4.0, or later edition to guide all IMP and IMS work on the Saudi F-15 FMP.

  • 5 years experience in technical program planning and implementation, contract interpretation, budget development and administration of government projects

  • 5 years of Systems Engineering experience within an aircraft fighter weapon system program office

  • 3 years Flight Test experience within an acquisition program office

  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Scheduling Management Professional (PMI-SP).

  • Ability to develop Enterprise WBS for Saudi F-15 FMP.

  • Preferred DoD and Foreign Military Sales acquisition program management.

  • Preferred 1 year prior experience with aspects of Saudi F-15s, organization and operations.
