JOB OVERVIEW:**

  • * This position is responsible for performing advanced research and complex analysis to support business operations. Lead quality standards and process improvement initiatives in order to achieve best practices. Develop recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations. Prepare presentations and report and present findings to senior management. Prepare complex financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting documents of significant scope. Perform special projects of significant scope and provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced Analysts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: **

  • Work with internal customers to gather requirements, issues, and scope of complex and/or highly visible projects
  • Document and maintain operational policies and procedures, including documenting detailed process flows; may develop and use requirement surveys and site visits
  • Act as a project manager, lead process improvement initiatives and provide consultation to users to address complex business issues
  • Develop sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements
  • Perform complex research and analysis related to customer loyalty, customer behavior, product quality, user experience, workforce optimization, operational effectiveness and/or budgetary/financial analysis
  • Perform complex research and analysis of various technical, service, performance, operational or financial data to provide historical and trending information to management
  • Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes
  • Collect data to analyze new and existing business operations and processes to initiate and recommend best practices and procedures that focus on increased productivity and reduced cost; make recommendation to management to improve
  • Research best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data; develop implementation plans for review by management
  • Research new and emerging information technologies which can support reengineering business processes

    WORK EXPERIENCE: * *

PREFERRED EDUCATION: **

  • * Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent preferred. May holdtwoor more industry certifications.
